Wine Tasting - $20

Includes a commemorative Texas Steak Cook-Off wine glass, eight tastes of wine of your choice from a selection of Texas wineries, and the opportunity to talk with winery owners and Texas wine-makers.

Steak Dinner (VIP Seating) - $100

Our VIP Dinner was added in 2009. Guests will enjoy the special location complete with upscale amenities. Steaks will be prepared by a celebrity chef in an atmosphere of personal service and pampered dining.

Steak Dinner (Regular Seating) - $25

Our regular steak dinner ticket includes a 12oz ribeye steak, two sides, and a chance to win one of the many prizes that will be given away at the event.

This year’s VIP dinner will be prepared by Chef/Owner Brian C. Luscher of The Grape Restaurant located in Dallas, Texas.

The VIP ticket offers a sit-down dinner in the courtyard of Homestead Hico, which is located in the fully restored Opera House. It will be a beautiful setting for those who want a more relaxed environment and to be catered to during your Texas Steak Cookoff dining experience.
