This year’s Texas Steak Coookoff was the biggest and best yet.  Despite a little rain, thousands of steak enthusiasts and eaters of all kinds descended upon Hico, Texas to enjoy the largest steak cookoff event in the Southwestern U.S.  All who attended enjoyed live music, hors d’oeuvres, and of course…steak. When steak is being served, obviously everyone wins.  But since we had to award prizes, here are the 6th Annual Texas Steak Cookoff Winners:
